FAQ

How does the whole process of creating an artistic furnishing out of an instrument work?

We either use your instrument or we find one that is a good match for you. We then work together on deciding a theme, material and budget. All the preliminary design is done digitally and exactly to specification for the instrument. Once the design is approved construction on the piece begins. When the piece is completed we work out delivery or shipping details for the ultimate unveiling!

How long does the process take?

It usually takes around 3 to 4 weeks depending on how detailed the piece is. Projects are categorized by Basic, Custom or Elite. The timeline will be affected by the number of customizations.

How much does one of your pieces cost?

Our pricing page includes details of Basic, Custom and Elite packages including general price ranges. An official quote will be provided once we are able to discuss the specifics of your project. Contact Terry to learn more.

What if I don’t have an instrument but I still want a unique instrument piece created?

We LOVE making custom creations out of your instruments but if you don’t have an instrument that’s okay too. Not only do we have instruments in stock, but we also have connections to obtain ones that are damaged and are likely on their way to being destroyed. When you invest in one of our pieces you are also giving an instrument a new life. Contact us to request more information.

Yes! That is encouraged and those things that are special and unique to you, are what make the piece personal and completely customized to reflect your story and personality.

I’d like to donate an instrument. How do I do that?

Send us more information regarding your instrument using the form on the contact page. We’ll connect with you to arrange drop-off or pick-up. We will include you in the process of how your instrument experiences a new life.

I have a charity event and would like auction one of your pieces. Do you do that?

Yes. We love working with non profit charities. Connect directly with Terry Guinn using the contact form so that we can discuss the specifics of the event and make arrangements to create a partnership that is mutually beneficial.
